Hong Kong Correctional Services Department and Care of Rehabilitated Offenders Association visit Coloane Prison (2017-11-17)

On 17 November, a 20-member delegation of the Hong Kong Correctional Services Department and the Care of Rehabilitated Offenders Association visited Correctional Services Bureau, touring our prison facilities and vocational training workshops, exploring with our staff on the prison management modes in the two places, as well as sharing and exchanging views on offender rehabilitation.
