• Visitors with the need can approach the on-duty staff for details.

2. Wheelchair

• Location: Coloane Prison
• Visitors with the need can approach the on-duty staff for details.

3. Video visit to an inmate

• Location: Correctional Services Bureau Service and Information Centre (China Plaza 8-andar-A)
• Elderly people, expectant mothers and people with limited mobility or disabilities can apply for a video visit which connects the applicant inside the Correctional Services Bureau Service and Information Centre to the inmate inside the Prison through the video conference system.

4. Hearing loop induction system

• Location: Coloane Prison
• By switching the hearing aid to T-coil, people with hearing impairment can receive clear amplified sounds even with background noise and from a distance. 

5. Priority services for holders of the “Disability Assessment Registration Card”

• Location: Coloane Prison, Youth Correctional Institution and Correctional Services Bureau Service and Information Centre (China Plaza 8-andar-A)
• Priority reception service is available for holders of the “Disability Assessment Registration Card” who personally apply for the certificate of imprisonment, the permit for visiting an inmate, the video visit to an inmate or the appointment with a prison social worker in Coloane Prison.
• Priority reception service is available for holders of the “Disability Assessment Registration Card” who personally apply for the certificate of residence at Youth Correctional Institution, the permit for visiting a juvenile delinquent or the video visit to a juvenile delinquent in the Youth Correctional Institution.
• Priority reception service is available for holders of the “Disability Assessment Registration Card” who personally apply for the certificate of imprisonment, the certificate of residence at Youth Correctional Institution, the permit for visiting an inmate, the video visit to an inmate, the video visit to a juvenile delinquent or the appointment with a prison social worker in the Correctional Services Bureau Service and Information Centre.
