“The data you have provided for the online application for service(s) shall be used by DSC on the approval of the application for service(s) and visit(s) and the management of incarceration, order and safety, and shall be handled in accordance with Law No. 8/2005, Personal Data Protection Act, and other relevant laws. The data subject shall have the law-stipulated right to access and rectify the relevant data, as well as the conditions to exercise such rights.”
