Relocation of Correctional Services Bureau’s Administration Units to Its New Site in Ká Hó Completed (2024-09-20)

The Correctional Services Bureau has begun its phased relocation to its new site in Ká Hó as of September 2024. The first phase of the relocation has been completed as all of the Bureau’s administration units have moved to Ká Hó. As a result, starting 23 September 2024, the Correctional Services Bureau’s new address at Estrada da Barragem de Ká Hó, Coloane will be used for delivery and collection of all documents to and from the Bureau and for inmates’ correspondence. Meanwhile, Coloane Prison’s current site (address: Rua de S. Francisco Xavier, s/n, Coloane) and the Youth Correctional Institution (address: Estrada de Cheoc Van nº1, em Coloane) continue to be operational, providing services including visiting services, appointments with social workers and acceptance of various applications. In addition, the Correctional Services Bureau’s main exchange number: 28881211, enquiry and complaint hotlines 88961280 & 88961283, fax: 28882431, email address: info@dsc.gov.mo and website address: www.dsc.gov.mo will remain unchanged.
